Efficient Documentation of Medical Service
GMM’s consultants can provide documentation guidelines and
training for proper evaluation & management coding selection using either 95 or
97 guidelines. Certified coders are available from GMM to conduct chart
audits for non-billing clients. For our billing clients, GMM will arrange
chart auditing for at least 10 charts to be audited every year.
Coding & Injury Claims Management
"Clean claims" are the goal of GMM and our staff. In order for us to ensure
all claims are sent clean, all claims are audited for need of injury details. If
need for additional details, GMM will inquire of client or patient for
proper information to ensure "clean claims."
